We may revise and update the following terms and conditions on our website at any time. You should review these terms and conditions each time you use our website. By continuing to use our website, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
訂購 ORDER
訂購政策 Order Policy:
- 我們只接受網上訂購,請直接在 Mission Catering 下訂單。
- 在全額付款後,您的訂單才會被確認。當我們收到付款後,您將在24小時內收到我們的電郵確認。
- 由於準備食物及安排運送需時,所有訂單均需要在交收前 3 天的下午 3:00 前下訂單。下午3:00 後收到的任何訂單將在第二天處理。 (例如: 星期一下午 2:00 下訂單最快星期三交收,星期一下午 4:00 下訂單最快星期四交收。) 請在結賬時提供送貨或自取日期、時間和收貨人的聯絡資料。
- 收貨人的聯絡資料必須完整無誤。如果收貨人的聯絡資料不正確或不完整而令到要再次安排送貨,我們將按每次運送安排收取運費 (運費請參考: 送貨方式及費用)。
- We only accept online orders. Please place your order directly at Mission Catering.
- Your order will not be confirmed until full payment has been made. When we receive payment, you will receive our email confirmation within 24 hours.
- Due to the time it takes to prepare food and arrange for delivery, all orders must be placed by 3:00 pm in 3 days prior to delivery. Any orders received after 3:00pm will be processed the next day. (Example: Orders placed at 2:00 pm on Mondays will be delivered as soon as Wednesday, and orders placed at 5:00 pm on Mondays will be delivered as soon as Thursday.) Please provide the delivery or self-pickup date, time and recipient's name at checkout Contact information. The consignee's contact information must be complete.
- If the consignee's contact information is incorrect or incomplete and the delivery needs to be rescheduled, we will charge the shipping fee per delivery arrangement (for shipping charges, please refer to: Shipping Methods and Fees)
訂單更改/加單 Order Change/Add Order:
- 所有訂單的更改或加單均必須視乎我們的情況而定,我們保留拒絕任何訂單更改及加單的權利。
- 對於任何更改,您必須最少在交收前 48 小時通知我們。對於少於 48 小時的通知,我們將按每次運送安排收取運費,以及我們保留收取浪費了的食物成本和額外服務費的權利。
- All changes or additions to orders must be subject to our circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse any order changes and additions.
- You must notify us of any changes at least 48 hours prior to settlement. For less than 48 hours notice, we will charge shipping on a per-delivery basis, and we reserve the right to charge wasted food costs and additional service charges.
飲食要求 Dietary Requirements:
- 對於任何飲食要求,您必須在下訂單前與我們的客戶服務聯絡及確認。請注意,我們的廚房及內部使用的設備可能含有微量的堅果、雞蛋、乳製品、麩質及其他已知的過敏原。

- For any dietary requirements, you must contact and confirm with our customer service before placing your order. Please be aware that our kitchens and equipment used inside may contain traces of nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten and other known allergens.
- While we make every effort to ensure these foods are not included, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met. While we understand the seriousness of food allergies and strive not to cross-contaminate your food, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any customer's adverse reaction to any of our food. If your guests have severe food allergies, please notify your guests in advance.
價格 Price:
- 我們網站上列出的所有價格均以港元為單位。價格可能會根據市場價格及成本而更改。Mission Catering 保留更改價格的權利。
- All prices listed on our website are in Hong Kong dollars. Prices are subject to change based on market prices and costs. Mission Catering reserves the right to change on the price.
付款 Payment:
- 在全額付款後,您的訂單才會被確認。我們接受信用卡 (包括 VISA、Mastercard 和 AMEX)、Paypal、FPS轉數快、Google Pay﹑Apple Pay 和 銀行轉賬。
*如選用FPS轉數快或銀行轉賬,請付款後傳回入數紙及訂單號碼。
- Your order will not be confirmed until full payment has been made. We accept credit cards (including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX), Paypal, FPS, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer.
*If you paid by FPS or Bank Transfer, please send us bank-in slip and order number.
送貨時間 Delivery time:
- 星期一至星期日上午 11:00 - 晚上 7:00。
- 您必須在購物車內選擇送貨日期及時段。如需指定時間送貨,可於 [遞送指示] 欄填寫。我們會盡力與運輸公司安排於大約時間送到。

- Monday-Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm. You must select a delivery date and time in the shopping cart. If you need to deliver at a specified time, you can fill in the "Delivery Instructions" column. We will try our best to arrange with the shipping company to deliver at an approximate time.
**Only the preset delivery period can be selected on the festival day, we are unable to provide the specified delivery time, please understand.
**While we strive to serve the best food on time, due to inclement weather, traffic and road conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control, especially during peak times, delivery services may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
送貨地點 Shipping Location:
- 我們送貨到港島、九龍、新界。
- 我們不送貨到離島地區,包括東涌、愉景灣、馬灣和香港國際機場、迪士尼、長洲、大嶼山、梅窩、貝澳、長沙、塘富、水口、石壁、寶蓮寺、大澳、落馬洲和任何禁止貨車進入的區域。

- We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.
- We do not deliver to Islands District, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Hong Kong International Airport, Disneyland Resort, Cheung Chau, Lantau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fu, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, Lok Ma Chau and any Areas where trucks are not allowed to enter. We only ship to one location per order.
- If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place your order separately.
送貨方式及費用 Shipping Methods and Fees:
- 送貨運費為 $250。
- 如上樓梯每層每箱/每袋額外收取 $20。我們盡最大努力送貨上門,但不排除額外因素影響。
- Shipping fee is $250.
- An additional $20 per box/bag per floor will be charged for ascending stairs. We do our best to deliver to your door, but do not rule out additional factors.
惡劣天氣安排 Severe Weather Arrangements:
- 當八號或以上颱風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時,送貨可能會因惡劣天氣、交通或路況而延遲或暫停。 在這種情況下,我們將在您的送貨日通過電話或電子郵件與您聯繫,以安排另一送貨時間。
- When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery may be delayed or suspended due to inclement weather, traffic or road conditions. In this case, we will contact you by phone or email on your delivery day to arrange another delivery time.
特別送貨要求/更改 Special Shipping Requests/Changes:
- 如有任何送貨要求或更改,您必須最少在送貨前48小時與我們的客戶服務聯絡及確認。

- Any delivery requirements or changes must be contacted and confirmed by our customer service at least 48 hours prior to delivery.
- While we will do our best to meet your needs, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any special request made by you. If we receive your special delivery request/change within 48 hours prior to delivery, we will charge the shipping fee per delivery arrangement.
自取服務 Self Pickup Service:
- 到會自取須於所選時段內提取。自取最低消費$500方可享有不加額外收費。
- You can pick up at designated time with $500 minimum spend.
訂單取消 Cancellation:
- 我們的目標是確保我們可以滿足每位顧客所選定的交收日期及時段。下訂單後,我們會立即開始準備您的訂單。在任何情況下,我們都不允許取消或退款。
- 在特殊情況下,您可在交收前最少 48 小時通知我們重新安排交收或更換其他產品。如您在交收前少於 48 小時通知我們,我們將另外收取 $180 運費,以及我們保留收取浪費了的食物成本和額外服務費的權利。
- Our goal is to ensure that we can meet the delivery date and time period selected by each customer. Immediately after placing your order, we start preparing your order. We do not allow cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.
- In exceptional circumstances, you may reschedule delivery or exchange for another product by giving us at least 48 hours prior to delivery. If you notify us less than 48 hours before delivery, we will charge an additional $180 for shipping, and we reserve the right to charge wasted food costs and additional service charges.
換貨 Exchange:

- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer any exchanges for any reason unless the food is damaged or mis-delivered during our shipping.
退款 Refund:

- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds for any reason other than the order missing food.
- If your order is missing food, please contact our customer service as soon as you receive your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
食物及飲品 Food and Beverage
到會菜單 Catering Menu:
- 菜單可能會根據季節和供應商的供應情況而有所變化。我們在可能的情況下盡量提醒顧客注意任何更改,但不可能在每一個情況下都能通知每位顧客。在某些情況下,某些食物及飲品可能會替換為類似質量的產品。
- Menus may change based on season and supplier availability. We try to alert customers to any changes where possible, but it is not possible to notify every customer in every situation. In some cases, certain foods and beverages may be substituted with products of similar quality.
食物外觀 Food Appearance:

- All images and sales materials on our website are for informational and informational purposes only and may not represent the food you ordered.

食物未能滿意 Unsatisfactory about the food:

- Our dishes are made fresh to order, using only the highest quality ingredients. We do not accept refunds for not matching the taste, or for using different flavours or ingredients than other restaurants.
酒精飲品 Alcoholic Drinks:
- 根據香港法律,不得在業務過程中,向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。法例規定不可售賣酒精類飲品予18歲以下的人士。任何顧客於網上訂購酒精類飲品,該顧客須保證其已年滿18歲或以上並有權合法購買上述貨品。顧客須確保任何不符合資格的人士不得使用該顧客的網頁登入戶口購買酒精類飲品。倘若送貨物品內包括酒精類飲品,必須由一名年滿18歲或以上人士 (須提供適當證明) 收取該等貨品。如上述人士並不在場,我們有權收回貨品並會嘗試於另一約定時間再行送貨。我們保留追收附加運費的權利。
- According to Hong Kong law, it is prohibited to sell or supply intoxicating alcohol to minors in the course of business. The law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18. Any customer who orders alcoholic beverages online must ensure that they are 18 years old or older and have the right to legally purchase the above-mentioned products. The customer shall ensure that any ineligible person shall not use the customer's web login account to purchase alcoholic beverages. If the delivery item includes alcoholic beverages, the item must be collected by a person 18 years of age or older (with appropriate proof). If the above persons are not present, we reserve the right to take back the goods and will attempt to deliver the goods at another agreed time. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges.
促銷活動 Promotions
贈品及折扣 Giveaways and Discounts:
- 所有贈品均先到先得,送完即止。
- 我們在可能的情況下盡量提醒顧客注意任何促銷活動情況,但不可能在每一個情況下都能通知每位顧客。
- 當贈品缺貨時,我們不承擔任何責任或義務。所有折扣優惠將在付款時由網上系統計算。
- 對於需要使用優惠碼的優惠,下訂單時必須提交優惠碼。下訂單後提交優惠碼將不被接受,也不允許追溯索賠。
- All giveaways are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We try to alert customers to any promotions whenever possible, but it is not possible to notify every customer in every situation.
- We are not responsible or liable when a giveaway is out of stock. All discounts will be calculated by the online system upon payment.
- For offers that require a coupon code, the coupon code must be submitted when placing an order. Promo codes submitted after placing an order will not be accepted and retroactive claims will not be allowed.
價格保證 Price Guarantee:
- 如果您在訂單交收前 48 小時內在我們的網站上發現了更優惠的價格,您可以與我們的客戶服務聯絡並提交相關資料,以獲得更優惠的價格。您將收到差價的消費抵用額度以用在下一訂單。消費抵用額度均不設退款。
- If you find a better price on our website within 48 hours before the order is settled, you can contact our customer service and submit the relevant information to get the better price. You will receive a spending credit for the difference to use on your next order. There are no refunds for consumption credits.
促銷活動及更改 Promotions and Changes:
- 每個促銷活動均可能有個別條款及細則。我們保留隨時自行取消任何促銷活動或更改所有促銷活動的條款及細則的權利。屆時,任何未使用的優惠及獎賞將被沒收。如有任何爭議,我們保留最終決定權。
- Individual terms and conditions may apply to each promotion. We reserve the right to cancel any promotion or change the terms and conditions of all promotions at any time in our sole discretion. At that time, any unused offers and rewards will be forfeited. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
