delivery arrangement

All orders must be placed online at least 3 days in advance (cut-off time: 3:00 pm).

- The delivery time is from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, and the delivery location includes the whole Hong Kong area (except outlying islands).
- Delivery date and time slot can be selected at checkout.
- All food comes with an insulated bag to keep warm.

self pick up
- Self-collection at Chai Wan Central Kitchen from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Delivery Arrangements

All orders must be placed by 3:00 pm in 3 days prior to delivery. (Last order: 3:00pm)

- Delivery time is Monday to Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories. We do not deliver to Islands District.

- The delivery date and time period can be selected at checkout.

- All food comes with thermal bags to keep warm.

Self pick up
- Self-pick up at Chai Wan Central Kitchen from 11:00am to 6:00pm.

plan change
- Please inform us to reschedule at least 48 hours before delivery.

typhoon/rainstorm
- If typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in effect, the delivery time may be delayed. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email the next working day to arrange another delivery time.
