訂單取消 Cancellation:

Our goal is to ensure that we can meet the delivery date and time period selected by each customer. Immediately after placing your order, we start preparing your order. We do not allow cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. In exceptional circumstances, you may reschedule delivery or exchange for another product by giving us at least 48 hours prior to delivery. If you notify us less than 48 hours before delivery, we will charge an additional $180 for shipping, and we reserve the right to charge wasted food costs and additional service charges.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer any exchanges for any reason unless the food is damaged or mis-delivered during our shipping.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds for any reason other than the order missing food. If your order is missing food, please contact our customer service as soon as you receive your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
