送貨安排 | Delivery arrangement
訂購政策:
- 每張訂單最低消費額為HK$500。
- 我們只接受網上訂購,請直接在 Mission Catering網站 下訂單。
- 在全額付款後,您的訂單才會被確認。當我們收到付款後,您將在24小時內收到我們的電郵確認。
- 由於準備食物及安排運送需時,所有訂單均需要在交收前 3 天的下午 3:00 前下訂單。下午 3:00 後收到的任何訂單將在第二天處理。 (例如: 星期一下午 2:00 下訂單最快星期三交收,星期一下午 4:00 下訂單最快星期四交收) ,請在結賬時提供送貨或自取日期、時間和收貨人的聯絡資料。
- 收貨人的聯絡資料必須完整無誤。如果收貨人的聯絡資料不正確或不完整而令到要再次安排送貨,我們將按每次運送安排收取運費 (運費請參考: 送貨方式及費用)。
訂單更改/加單:
- 所有訂單的更改或加單均必須視乎我們的情況而定,我們保留拒絕任何訂單更改及加單的權利。
- 對於任何更改,您必須最少在交收前 48 小時通知我們。對於少於 48 小時的通知,我們將按每次運送安排收取運費,以及我們保留收取浪費了的食物成本和額外服務費的權利。
送貨時間:
- 送貨時間為星期一至星期日上午 11:00 - 晚上 7:00。
- 您必須在購物車內選擇送貨日期及時段。
- 如需指定時間送貨,可於 [遞送指示] 欄填寫。我們會盡力與運輸公司安排於大約時間送到。
**節日當天只可選擇預設的送貨時段,我們未能提供指定時間送貨,敬請體諒。
**雖然我們努力準時提供最好的食物,但由於惡劣天氣、交通及路面情況,或任何無法控制的情況,特別是在繁忙時段,送貨服務可能會提早或延遲15-30分鐘。
送貨地點:
- 我們送貨到港島、九龍、新界。
- 我們不送貨到離島地區,包括東涌、愉景灣、馬灣﹑香港國際機場、迪士尼﹑長洲、大嶼山、梅窩、貝澳、長沙、塘富、水口、石壁、寶蓮寺、大澳﹑落馬洲和任何禁止貨車進入的區域。
- 我們每張訂單只送貨到一個地點。如果您希望送貨到多個地點,請分開下訂單。
送貨方式及費用:
- 每張訂單的送貨運費為 $250。
- 如上樓梯每層每箱/每袋額外收取 $20。我們盡最大努力送貨上門,但不排除額外因素影響。
惡劣天氣安排:
- 當八號或以上颱風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時,送貨可能會因惡劣天氣、交通或路況而延遲或暫停。 在這種情況下,我們將在您的送貨日通過電話或電子郵件與您聯繫,以安排另一送貨日期及時間。已訂購的食物不作退款,不便之處,敬請原諒。
特別送貨要求/更改:
- 如有任何送貨要求或更改,您必須最少在送貨前48小時與我們的客戶服務聯絡及確認。
- 雖然我們將盡最大努力滿足您的需求,但我們不會對您所提出的任何特別要求承擔任何責任或義務。
- 如我們在送貨前48小時內才收到您的特別送貨要求/更改,我們將按每次運送安排收取運費。
自取服務:
- 到會自取須於所選時段內提取。自取最低消費$500方可享有不加額外收費。
- 自取地點:柴灣新業街9號新業大廈10樓D室

Order Policy:
- The minimum spend of each order is HK$500.
- We only accept online orders. Please place your order directly at Mission Catering.
- Your order will not be confirmed until full payment has been made. When we receive payment, you will receive our email confirmation within 24 hours.
- Due to the time it takes to prepare food and arrange for delivery, all orders must be placed by 3:00 pm in 3 days prior to delivery. Any orders received after 3:00pm will be processed the next day. (Example: Orders placed at 2:00 pm on Mondays will be delivered as soon as Wednesday, and orders placed at 5:00 pm on Mondays will be delivered as soon as Thursday). Please provide the delivery or self-pickup date, time and recipient's name at checkout Contact information. The consignee's contact information must be complete.
- If the consignee's contact information is incorrect or incomplete and the delivery needs to be rescheduled, we will charge the shipping fee per delivery arrangement (for shipping charges, please refer to: Shipping Methods and Fees).
Order Change/Add Order:
- All changes or additions to orders must be subject to our circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse any order changes and additions.
- You must notify us of any changes at least 48 hours prior to settlement. For less than 48 hours notice, we will charge shipping on a per-delivery basis, and we reserve the right to charge wasted food costs and additional service charges.
Delivery time:
- Delivery Time: Monday – Sunday, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm.
- You must select a delivery date and time in the shopping cart.
- If you need to deliver at a specified time, you can fill in the "Delivery Instructions" column. We will try our best to arrange with the shipping company to deliver at an approximate time.
**Only the preset delivery period can be selected on the festival day, we are unable to provide the specified delivery time, please understand.
**While we strive to serve the best food on time, due to inclement weather, traffic and road conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control, especially during peak times, delivery services may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
Shipping Location:
- We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.
- We do not deliver to Islands District, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport, Disneyland Resort, Cheung Chau, Lantau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fu, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, Lok Ma Chau and any Areas where trucks are not allowed to enter.
- We only ship to one location per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place your order separately.
Shipping Methods and Fees:
- Shipping fee for one location per order is $250.
- An additional $20 per box/bag per floor will be charged for ascending stairs. We do our best to deliver to your door, but do not rule out additional factors.
Severe Weather Arrangements:
- When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery may be delayed or suspended due to inclement weather, traffic or road conditions. In this case, we will contact you by phone or email on your delivery day to arrange another delivery time. We apologize for the non-refundable food ordered.
Special Shipping Requests/Changes:
- Any delivery requirements or changes must be contacted and confirmed by our customer service at least 48 hours prior to delivery.
- While we will do our best to meet your needs, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any special request made by you.
- If we receive your special delivery request/change within 48 hours prior to delivery, we will charge the shipping fee per delivery arrangement.
Self Pickup Service:
- You can pick up at designated time with $10,00 minimum spend.
